Ultimate Booty Builder Workout
Give this a try! I always get asked what to do when you can’t make the gym or when you are away on holiday. I’m quite often on the road for work so, here is a quick body weight routine I like to use that you can try out for yourself. No equipment required!
This routine is focused on the legs and glutes and is high intensity so your heart rate is up and you are burning body fat. Quick and easy (30 min max), try to push out as many rounds as you can with a 45 second – 1-minute break in between each round. If you are starting out, aim for 3 rounds and build from there. If you already have a decent level of fitness push for 6 +.
