Low Carb Cookie Almond Protein Balls

You're in for a treat with this recipe! Believe it or not, this is a staple from the "Fit, Healthy and Confident Program".

They come packed with protein and are filled to the brim with good fats – just the thing to keep those afternoon cravings in check.

Ingredients :

1 cup almond flour

2 servings Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate

½ cup almond butter or any nut butter

1 Tbs agave syrup, maple or

1 tablespoon organic coconut oil

1 tablespoon organic coconut cream

1⁄3  cup chopped 70% chocolate

 

Directions :

  1. Combine almond flour and protein powder in a large bowl.
  2. Fold in almond butter, sweetner, coconut oil, and coconut cream.
  3. If the mixture is too crumbly, add a little more coconut oil. Fold in chopped chocolate and stir until combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into 16 balls.
  5. Pop into the fridge to harden slightly then enjoy.
