Delicious Banana & Protein Waffles

Banana & Protein Waffles (4 servings)

Ingredients

½ ripe banana

2 eggs

1 scoop protein powder

6 tbsp almond flour

100ml coconut milk

½ tbsp ground psyllium husk powder

½ pinch salt

½ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp ground cinnamon

coconut oil or butter, for frying

 

Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients together and let sit for 5 minutes.

Make in a waffle maker or cook in a non-stick pan with coconut oil.

Serve with natural peanut butter and crushed walnuts.
