Develop Stronger Shoulders With This YTL Exercise!

Hey lovely,

This YTL exercise has been super helpful in helping me develop stronger shoulders and my range of motion.

Because I’ve been doing it 3 times a week before starting a workout, I’ve noticed a significant difference in my shoulder strength, stability and also the range of motion.

Before adding these into my workout routine, I always used to struggle with the ‘T’ position. But since incorporating these into my weekly routine I can now perform this exercise without any problems with range of motion.

You will see in the video I have put instructions on how to perform each exercise correctly. Each letter represents a position your arms form with your body. You can do these standing OR if you are more comfortable using a bench, make sure it is on a slight incline.

It’s really important that whilst performing each exercise that your core is engaged, your torso stays in the same angle at all times and you pinch your shoulder blades together.

My suggestion would be to do 10 x reps of each exercise and do 2-3 rounds. Give it a whirl as a warm up before and upper body workout.

I hope this video on the YTL’s adds massive value and it helps you as much as it has helped me! If you want better body functionality you have to do simple exercise like so to get those little muscles firing that at times don’t get much attention.

Any question please get in touch, you know where I am and I would love to help you in anyway I can to get you into action and achieving your health and fitness goals.

Go get it!
