Avocado cacao protein pudding

A creamy avocado cacao pudding loaded with good fats, protein, and fibre. Low-carb, dairy-free if you want, and you genuinely won't taste the avocado.

Avocado cacao protein pudding

If you love chocolate, you have to try this. Low carb, high fibre, loaded with good fats and protein. The avocado completely disappears once it’s blended, all you taste is rich chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 2 large avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cacao
  • 4 tablespoons coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
  • 2 servings vanilla whey protein isolate
  • 4 drops stevia
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or coconut chips

Method

  1. In a food blender, combine avocados, cacao, coconut cream, coconut oil, vanilla whey protein, and stevia.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Divide among 4 serving bowls.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with chia seeds or coconut chips and serve.
