This privacy policy explains how Steph Pearce ("I", "me", or "my") handles your personal information when you visit stephpearce.com or interact with my coaching services. I take your privacy seriously and aim to be transparent about what information I collect and why.
Who I am
Steph Pearce, sole trader, providing women's weight loss and nutrition coaching services from Nelson, New Zealand. I am the data controller for any personal information you share through this website.

- When you book an application call or apply for coaching: name, email address, phone number, and any details you choose to share about your health, fitness history, or goals.
- When you become a coaching client: additional health and wellness information needed to deliver personalised coaching, including voluntary information you share about training, nutrition, sleep, stress, blood markers, and body composition.
- When you sign up for a free guide or newsletter: name and email address.
- Automatically when you visit the site: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). I use privacy-friendly analytics that do not track you across sites or use cookies that identify you.
How I use your information
- To respond to your enquiry or application
- To deliver coaching services if you become a client
