Bouncing berry-mint smoothie
A hydrating berry-mint protein smoothie, refreshing, full of antioxidants, and a clean way to start the morning. Mint helps with digestion and inflammation.
Hydrating, refreshing, and full of goodies. I add mint to smoothies because it helps with digestion and reduces inflammation, and it just tastes great. Good way to start the day, especially in summer.
